We offer a comprehensive rental service to property owners of furnished and unfurnished apartments and homes.


  • We visit your property and assess rentals according to prevailing market rates in your area.


  • Taking digital pictures of your property to send to the prospective tenants internationally and nationally for them to view the
    properties that would be suitable for their specific requirements.


  • Advertising costs on our website, in magazines, press and other internet sites.


  • Interviewing, showing the properties and selecting the most suitable tenants with the necessary credit and reference checks.
    Our best reference check is previous landlords or agents of the prospective tenant.


  • We check the tenants’ details from a comprehensive database, as well as providing credit information.


  • Handling all negotiation between both parties and or any disputes that may arise. All correspondence and telephone calls
    to clients.


  • We complete the lease agreements, and collect deposits, rentals and revenue stamps. The security deposit is deposited
    into a trust account which is audited for the Estate Agents Board. When the tenant vacates, we finalise the security deposit
    and the return thereof.


  • Doing inventories and inspection reports, these are signed by the tenant, prior to them moving in and once again when they
    move out. If there are any damages that need to be repaired we would carry out these repairs.


  • Handover of keys.


  • We do not return tenants deposits without checking that the apartment is the way it was when they moved in.


  • Paying of accounts, as directed by the owner, i.e. municipal rates, electricity, telephones, insurances, levies or repairs
    as is required. We charge a disbursement fee of R50.00 per payment.


  • Doing spot checks, by appointment, on the properties.


  • Organising cleaning services and domestic services as required.


  • Transferring funds into owner’s account electronically on a monthly basis once our bankers clear the funds.
    Monthly statements will be sent to the owners.


  • Handling of the yearly lease renewal and escalation.


  • We are registered with the Institute of Estate Agents.



    • We are also able to advise you on all painting and decoration as well as supply quotations and supervise
    any carpet cleaning, spring cleaning, minor renovations or handy man work.
